Request: To initiate a cancellation/refund, please contact our customer service team at support@myrinbazaar.com to request a Subscribed Service cancellation authorization (SSCA) number. Provide your service subscription number and reason for cancellation/refund.
Bank Details: Send the bank details to refund the service charges: [Bank Name / Account Holder's Name / Bank Account Number / IFSC code, etc.].
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the details of your cancellation of services, we will process your refund within 30 business days. The refund will be released to the bank details you provided or the original method of payment.
Partial refunds: If for any reason, a part of your subscription fee is refunded, you will receive a refund only for the cancellations of the Services.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different service, please request cancellation of the subscribed service for a refund and place a fresh order for the desired service.
