The login process for
filing a loan to a lender usually involves several important steps. Here is a
general outline:
(1) Access to Lender’s
Portal: Applicant visits the lender’s online portal or website either by self
or through sourcing channel.
(2) Uploading of
details/documents: Uploading of relevant information/documents to be provided
before submitting the application to login to the loan case.
(3) Verification by
Lenders: To proceed with the login, the authorized person of the lender will
enter the LOS by entering the credentials such as username and password.
(4) Review and
Confirm: The lender's authorized user will check all the information entered
for accuracy, and confirm the submission of documents, such as:
Proof of Income
Credit Report
Identification
(5) LOS Process: The
lender's authorized user will select the loan product and plan based on the
information/documents uploaded by the applicant.
(6) Applicant receives
confirmation: After review by the lender's user, the applicant will receive a
confirmation email or message indicating that your loan file has been received.
(7) Tracking
Application Status: Further, the applicant can track the status of the loan
application by logging into the portal whenever required.
Please note: In
case an applicant wishes to compare offers received from multiple lenders and
choose the most suitable option, he/she will have to apply on separate portals
